We’ve held a few of these over the years- all prominent in De:Greatest Hits Scrap Book! Once again, we’re delighted to welcome back Taittinger’s fine UK ambassador, Kevin Mckee, who will talk through the wines with unabated enthusiasm. We’ll make it a bit more special this time, to commemorate our 25th (did I mention that?) and make it a black tie event- we can dress up and officially mark the countdown to Christmas!

We’ll kick off the evening with a glass of the inaugural release of their excellent English project, Domaine Evremond, served on arrival. We’ll continue with a selection of Champagnes, matched to dishes agreed upon, at times after heated debate and negotiation, between Head Chef Rich, Head-butter Liam and me, Head-onist.
